1. Promotion Description:

The "Leaf Art Competition" (the "Competition") is hosted on Facebook, Instagram, and X. Participants are invited to enter by commenting with an original photo of their leaf art, liking the designated competition post, and ensuring they follow the official accounts on the respective platforms.

2. Eligibility:

The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Lawn Master, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this Competition are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period:

The Competition begins on Wednesday, 20th November 2024, and ends on Sunday, 8th December 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT.

4. Entry Method:

1. Participation is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

2. Each participant is allowed only one entry.

3. To enter, participants must:

• If the Entrant is entering the competition via the Promoter's Facebook Competition Post, the Entrant must respond by posting the leaf art image as an Entry directly on the Facebook Competition Post uploading the image as a comment within the comment section on the Facebook Competition Post and using the hashtag #LawnMasterCompetition.

• If the Entrant is entering the competition via the Promoter's X (formerly Twitter) Competition Post, the Entrant must respond by posting the leaf art image an Entry directly on the X (formerly Twitter) Competition Post uploading the image as a comment within the comment section on the X Competition Post using the hashtag #LawnMasterCompetition.

• If the Entrant is entering the Competition via the Promoter's Instagram Competition Post, the Entrant must upload the leaf art image as a post on their own Instagram account, tagging in Lawn Master account (@lawnmasteruk) in their post using the hashtag #LawnMasterCompetition.

4. Submissions must be original and created solely by the entrant

5. The Prize:

1. The prize for the Competition is a Stihl leaf blower (“The Prize”) for the successful Entrants (“the Winner”).

2. There will be 1 prize in total selected from the Eligible Competition Entries provided across all the Promoter's Media Platforms.

3. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter's Judging Panel (“Judging Panel”).

4. The allocation of the Prizes to the selected Winner shall be at the Promoter's sole discretion.

5. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other prize alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement:

1. All eligible entries will be reviewed by a judging panel selected by the Organiser ("Judging Panel").

2. The Judging Panel will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, and artistic execution.

3. The decision of the Judging Panel is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entertained.

4. The winner will be announced on Monday, 9th December 2024 on Lawn Master's official social media accounts.

7. Publicity:

By entering the Competition, participants grant permission for their submitted artwork and name to be used for promotional purposes on the Organiser's media platforms and website.

8. General Conditions:

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances arise that are beyond their control.

2. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy:

Personal information collected for the Competition will be used solely for its administration and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as required by law.

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is only available to customers who enrol in an annual lawn care program that includes aeration services. Customers must agree to aeration as part of their ongoing annual program to qualify for the promotional discount. Offer is subject to availability, please contact your local Lawn Master representative to confirm your eligibility.

2. Discount Application:

The discount offered under this promotion applies solely to the first aeration service performed as part of the annual program with the customer never having had aeration previously. Subsequent aeration services will be charged at the regular rate (please check with your local Lawn Master representative if unsure).

3. Standard Pricing:

After the initial discounted aeration, any further aeration services within the annual program will be charged at the standard rate. This rate is typically twice the feed & weed price; however, please check with your local Lawn Master representative if unsure.

4. Limitations:

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by Lawn Master.

5. Non-Transferable:

The promotional discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who enrolled in the annual programme.

6. Modifications:

The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect customers who have already enrolled in the program under the terms of this promotion.

7. Local Pricing Confirmation:

Customers are encouraged to contact their local Lawn Master representative for specific pricing details and to confirm eligibility for the promotion.

8. Service Area:

This promotion is only valid in service areas where Lawn Master offers lawn care programmes.

9. Booking the service:

To take advantage of this offer, the recipient must express their interest by replying to this email and confirming the booking with their local Lawn Master representative.

10. Effective Date:

These terms and conditions are effective as of the date of the promotion's launch (23/08/2024) and will remain in effect until the promotion ends (27/09/2024 at 11:59pm) or is modified by the company.

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is available to all customers of participating Lawn Master outlets. Customers must already be existing customers utilising Lawn Master's services and not have an over-seeding service pre-booked to take advantage of the offer.

2. Discount Validity:

The discount offered under this promotion is valid until 13/09/2024. After this date, the promotion will expire, and the discount will no longer apply. Bookings for over-seed service have to be placed before 31/10/2024.

3. One-Time Use:

Each customer is entitled to use this promotion only once during the promotional period.

4. Service Coverage:

The discount applies exclusively to the services specified in the promotion. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used towards any other services offered by Lawn Master.

5. Booking and Payment:

To take advantage of this discount, customers must book the eligible service within the promotion period by either calling their local Lawn Master office, or by submitting an online form. The discount will be applied at the time of payment, provided all above conditions are met.

6. Modification or Cancellation

Lawn Master reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect customers who have already booked and confirmed their services within the promotional period.
