The lawn was infested with weeds and moss due to the shade conditions that the lawn is situated in. The general growth was also poor due to the lack of light available to the grass.

We completed some applications to control the moss and weeds, followed by scarification, top dressing and seeding to get some stronger grasses established in the lawn. We seeded with grasses that specifically match the requirements of the environment that the lawn is situated in.

The photos of the results were taken just a few months after we started the first treatments. The lawn is now lush and green. Going forward, the lawn will be fertilised periodically and will be aerted to help moisture run through the soil profile, instead of sitting on the surface, which allows moss to develop more easily.
